This facility is operated by the North Jeffco Park District in Arvada, Colorado. The indoor Family Aquatic Center features a mining theme and houses a 4-lane lap pool, adult and family whirlpools, a current channel, adventure rope walk, teen/sports pool, multiple play features and slides and dual body/tube slides with plunge pool. Apex Recreation Center opened in September 2000.
