The City of Kenmore has launched a webcam allowing the public to view the progress in the construction of the new City Hall. The webcam picture is updated every 10 minutes. The webcam, located at the construction site of the new City Hall at 18120 68th Ave NE, provides an opportunity for the public to view the most recent still photo and archived photos. The webcam and technical infrastructure were provided by SiteiSight and will be managed by the City Hall Project Team.
The estimated completion date of the new City Hall is Spring 2010. The project is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold rating. The general contractor is Graham Contracting, and the City's project management consultants are Olympic Associates. Weinstein AU: Architects + Urban Designers is responsible for the design of the new City Hall.
