Bastyr Master Plan
Approved Supplemental Amendment

The City Council may wish to consider the following amendment to the July 13, 2005 Bastyr Campus Master Plan Development Agreement:

“Prior to July 1, 2007 and before July 1 every three years thereafter, for the life of this agreement, Bastyr shall submit a traffic study in a format prescribed by the City, that identifies the total number of full time students, faculty, and staff on the Kenmore campus and that documents the total number of trips and PM peak hour trips being generated by Bastyr. This information shall be used by the City to verify compliance with the terms and conditions of this development agreement and subsequent permits issued by the City.”
