City Council Honors Late Resident Priscilla Droge

Long-time Resident Recognized for Contributions to Kenmore

Priscilla Ann Droge was honored at the October 16 City Council meeting for her efforts to spread the story of Kenmore. Priscilla and her late husband Leonard lived in the Uplake community for approximately 60 years.Ms. Droge passed away in June 2017 at the age of 94.

Public Invited to Review Plans for Twin Springs Park

You are invited to attend an open house regarding Twin Springs Park on Tuesday, October 24 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 pm. at Kenmore City Hall. A short presentation will be given at 7:00 p.m. This open house will present concepts to reflect community input received at the September open house and the online survey for what the City can do on an “interim” basis (1-5 years) so the neighborhood park can be open for public enjoyment. City staff is interested in gathering public feedback on the concepts.

Halloween at the Hall October 27

Family-friendly Halloween Celebration at City Hall

Last year, hundreds of families gathered at City Hall for Kenmore's inaugural Halloween event. This year, Halloween at the Hall is back! Wear your costume and join us on Friday, October 27 starting at 5:00 p.m. for several fun activities, including trick-or-treating, arts and crafts, and face painting. Fill up on delicious food from food truck vendors The Cheese Pit and Daddy's Donuts. Parking is available on-street, at Kenmore City Hall, and Kenmore Village.
