Annual "Kenmore State of the City" Greater Bothell Chamber Luncheon January 17

Join the Greater Bothell Chamber of Commerce and Kenmore Business Alliance for the fourth annual Kenmore "State of the City" Luncheon where featured speaker Kenmore City Manager Rob Karlinsey, will discuss major projects and upcoming activities in Kenmore. The event will take place on Wednesday, January 17, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Inglewood Golf Club, 6505 Inglewood Road NE in Kenmore.

City of Kenmore Statement on Service Line Warranty Program

The City of Kenmore from time to time hears from homeowners who have had the unfortunate experience of repairing an aging water or sewer line that breaks between the street and their homes. In these emergencies, the homeowner is in the predicament of paying for an expensive repair, finding a contractor, and obtaining the right permits and inspections in order to ensure that the work is done well and complies with codes and regulations.

Republic Services 2017 Holiday Pickup Schedule

There will be no collection on Christmas Day, Monday, December 25 or New Year's Day, Monday, January 1. Service will run one day late. Monday customers will be collected on Tuesday customer will be collected on Wednesday and each day will be delayed by one day with Friday customers being collected on Saturday. Please place your cans out by 7:00 a.m. for pick up.

West Sammamish River Bridge Construction to Start in 2019

The City of Kenmore has been awarded nearly $28 million in funding by multiple statewide and federal agencies including the Transportation Improvement Board, Puget Sound Regional Council, and the Washington State Department of Transportation toward replacing the West Sammamish River Bridge. Most recently in November, the City secured $6.9 million in grant funds from the Transportation Improvement Board, with the project receiving the highest amount of funding among 28 other projects across Washington.

Kenmore Recognized as a Bicycle Friendly Community

League of American Bicyclists Names Kenmore a Bicycle Friendly Community

The League of American Bicyclists announced this week that Kenmore, WA is one of the country's leading bicycle-friendly communities. The bronze level Bike Friendly Community (BFC) award honors Kenmore's commitment to improving bicycling conditions through investments in education programs, infrastructure and pro-bicycling policies throughout the city.

Now through December 8, Donations will Help Kenmore Residents in Need

The City of Kenmore is partnering with Cedar Park Northshore Church Food Bank this holiday season. From Monday, November 27 through Friday, December 8, you can donate any nonperishable food items at Kenmore City Hall during business hours. All donations will go directly to those in need in the Kenmore community.
